Now we have officially entered the spring season, get ready for the arrival of sun, warmth and... er, rain. Although most couples don’t wish for downpours on their wedding day, in many cultures some rain is actually considered good luck.
So how can you avoid having the rain put a dampener on your big day? Here are some ideas to get you more prepared...
👉 Talk to your venue and photographer in advance. Ask them what they do in case of rainy weather conditions.
👉 Accessorise! Keep everyone safe, dry and stylish with cute umbrellas , blankets or fluffy towels. And you could opt for spare shoes or even comfy wellies to keep your feet dry all day long!
👉 Go with the flow and be flexible with your schedule. Timings may need to be changed a little to accommodate a downpour, so be prepared to adapt and make the most of the weather if you need to!
